A good tool to use with a cream to lose weight and is easy to use. The mode for EMS is the one for energy and start on level 1 to avoid pain while getting use to it. It helps to relax with the current and is easy to use with a cream. The vibration mode helps to massage the cream better and good power with multiple intensity levels. To change modes just press the power and the device seems to be sturdy. Good value and like I mentioned with the EMS because I place in a high level and is powerful energy. Good overall and great tool to helps lose weight when use with consistency and a cream like in the belly area.

I picked this up mostly out of curiosity to see if it would help with general muscle tension and maybe some of the extra benefits it claims. After a few uses (by both me and my other half), we’d say it’s a solid comfort device, but probably not a miracle tool.

- The build quality is better than expected; it feels sturdy and not cheap
- Heats up quickly and the warmth is actually noticeable (not just a gimmick)
- Multiple intensity levels give you flexibility depending on how aggressive you want it
- Easy to hold and move around larger areas like back, legs, etc.

- The main downside: we haven’t noticed any meaningful change in things like cellulite or ‘lymphatic drainage’ after using it a couple times

What it does do well is provide a relaxing, heated massage. It’s actually pretty nice for loosening up tight spots or just using at the end of the day. What it doesn’t seem to do (at least so far) is deliver on some of the bigger marketing claims.

Who should buy this: someone looking for a heated massage tool for general comfort or muscle relief
Who should skip it: anyone expecting visible body contouring or fast, noticeable results

Overall, I’d think of this more as a ‘feels good’ device than a results-driven one. If that’s what you’re after, it’s a good option.

Not the best quality.

I have been reading about red light therapy and its benefits for a while so when i read how it can also be used in lymphatic drainage and i came across this device so i wanted to give it a try and I love it . I can feel the vibration and afterwards the area feels so soothed. Great but for people who work out regularly this device is a great. The device is very handy nothing bulky and so easy to use . I Love the simple design . Overall great product for the value of money.

I am a therapist & Director of Rehabilitation in a Skilled Nursing Facility. We have a large population with many different Dx with different defects and when I tell you this is a Game Changer BOY HOWDY IS IT!!! We are seeing improvements on the first use. I just ordered it last week & our 1st treatment day with it was Tuesday. By Friday EVERY Patient was requesting it. We are stocked to see all of the ways our pts will beable to increase independence & decrease pain.

For starters, I'm not using this to look smaller, I was more excited about using it for heat + massage + EMS to hopefully address plantar fasciitis, and for that it's been great! The instruction manual is very bare-bones, but I have other EMS devices so I knew to use a conductive gel or other water-based product for that piece of things. The heat takes a while to build, but it's definitely noticeable and pleasant - not necessarily intense enough to be concerning, but definitely a nice complement to the massage and EMS options. The 30 settings for heat, massage, and EMS mean there are enough adjustments for any need, and the battery has so far done well. The massager itself is well-made and heavy enough to be substantial and direct any massage action to the user rather than to shaking loose internal components - without being too heavy to use comfortably.

The EMS feels more like a tingling sensation than anything strong or uncomfortable, especially on higher settings. In terms of results, any visible change is temporary. There’s a slight smoothing effect right after use, especially in areas that tend to hold fluid, but it doesn’t last long enough to be considered a lasting change. It behaves more like a massage device than anything that produces structural change. Battery life holds up reasonably well for multiple sessions, and charging is straightforward.
